In preparation for your appointment, there are a few things that are important to know:
* In this Covid era, please bring proof of vaccination or recovery from Covid in the past 30 days. *
1. Initial Consultation time:
Because I don’t like to leave a good massage to chance, your First Visit begins with an initial consultation where we design the best massage for you for results that last as long as possible. Therefore, when planning time for your First Visit 1 hour Massage, allow up to 90 minutes starting with up to 30 minutes for the initial consultation followed by the full 60 minutes of massage time. Also, please plan your parking accordingly.
2. Initial Paperwork:
The initial paperwork is now digitized and required to complete and submit online at the time of booking. These forms include: Intake Form, Covid Informed Consent, and Health Status Update and are automatically sent to you when you book. We discuss details of information provided on your forms in our initial consultation to design the best massage for you.
Are you visiting from out of town? If so you might say “Why should I fill out paperwork? I may not be back or at least not frequently because I live out of town.” I say, “All the more reason to make the most of your massage! Why get a ‘take your chances massage’? ” By investing a little before your massage you can better ensure a great massage. Give us the chance to make the first impression great for you.
3. Parking:
Parking is easy with both metered and some free street parking.
4. Payment:
Payment by Cash, Check or Zelle (to Hana@MeltMassage.net) offer some savings to you. If you prefer Credit, payment may be received by Venmo (@theMeltMassage, not @MeltMassage), or Credit Card. Rates vary for First vs Return visits. See Rates page for details.
5. Cancellation:
The cancellation policy is 24-hours or full payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice, please consider who you can send in your place so that you’re not charged for a massage you don’t get. If you can’t send someone in your place I will make every effort to fill your spot but, if I cannot, I must charge you for that missed appointment. If you discover you need to reschedule, please call or text at your earliest convenience.

If you are sick, getting over being sick or have been exposed to someone you know is sick in the last 5 days, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of rescheduling your appointment. To better understand this, please review the full Cancellation Policy.
